This evening will be for anyone interested in the use of crystals and why they are so powerful and how astrology can help you in the process of your life. These are topics I am fascinated about and I can’t wait to hear Clarissa give us some information on both topics.
The first event will be on Thursday 1st April at 8pm for an hour and a half. There will be time for a question and answers and also a small guided meditation by myself.
Tickets are just £5 for the evening event and you can book your place here. If you have signed up for my subscription service the ticket price is part of the service.

For some of us learning to be with our thoughts and emotions can be a scary place, and this is why my course can help support you in understanding the ever changing internal environment and becoming comfortable with these changes. Meditation also helps us connect more to ourselves, finding our true home within our hearts and uncovering hidden treasures underneath the fog of thoughts.
This 6 week course will help you understand the principles of meditation and each week we will have different styles of meditation to help you find the right fit for you.
I have small classes to have a more intimate feel and focus my intentions on each person who attends the class. We share our experiences and practice and support each other to be a meditator going forward after the class.
In the 6-weeks we will cover:
- An Introduction into Meditation
- How Meditation Helps our Minds
- Finding Ourselves in our Meditation Practice.
- Finding Stillness within the Chaos
- Utilising our Internal Energy through Meditation
- Compassionate Care in Meditation
Each week we will focus on the theme and topic with different meditation styles and after each session you will have recordings of the meditations to practice with until our next session.
There will be two options to attend the course. I will be hosting an online event where we will come together through Zoom to conduct the course. I will also be hosting a classroom event at The Nesting Place where we will gather in small groups to work with Meditation as a covid safe venue.

Stress is the number 1 chronic condition around the world affecting our physical and mental health. As humans we have lost the ability to switch off our busy minds and muscles to relax. We use various methods of activity to keep us going and try to push stress down within us or carry on regardless to how we are feeling.
We are a society that is overwhelmed, tired and overly stimulated. We need to prioritise time for rest and renewal and this course will help you unwind and enjoy being in our own company to relax the mind and body.
This 6-week course is the antidote to chronic stress. Over the course you will understand the impacts of stress, to give yourself permission to relax and have some tools to allow you to rest and make it a priority in the day.
Here is a guide to what will be included through the 6-weeks:
Week 1- Stress- The impact on our bodies and minds- how we try to control and hold onto our lives generating stress.
Week 2- Balance- Dropping the weight of stress and letting go of stress.
Week 3- Rest and relax- how this is also an active task.
Week 4- Creating space in the body and mind- Opening up so we can relax.
Week 5- Nourishing yourself with relaxation- taking care of you through techniques.
Week 6- Appreciation of rest- using gratitude to help unwind and relax.
In each class we will go through some guided visualisations and body scans to help us develop a stronger awareness of stress in the body and how our minds generate thoughts to increase stress through worry and concern.
For the 6-week course to be held in The Nesting Place there will only be 4 spaces available. To ensure Covid-19 safety regulations, there will be guidelines and procedures to follow. The cost of the 6-week course will be £80.
