Stress is the number 1 chronic condition around the world affecting our physical and mental health. As humans we have lost the ability to switch off our busy minds and muscles to relax.

We use various methods of activity to keep us going and try to push stress down within us or carry on regardless to how we are feeling.

This 6-week course is the antidote to chronic stress. Over the course you will understand the impacts of stress, to give yourself permission to relax and have some tools to allow you to rest and make it a priority in the day.
