Mindful walking Course
When you walk with mindfulness, you set an example for everyone who sees you, even if you don’t realise it. When we see you walking with freedom, with peace, with joy, we create more of an atmosphere of peace and happiness.
5-Week Mindful Walking Course
I love the practice of mindful walking, which was inspired by the monk Thich Nhat Hanh. I am brining a course of 5 weeks to teach you the principles of mindful walking, how to find acceptance and peace in each step and connect far deeper to your experience.
I’ll be using Hylands Park in Chelmsford as our backdrop to our mindful walks, discovering different areas and spending a few weeks seeing the change of the seasons this autumn.
This course will run for 5 weeks from Friday 17th September at 10am until Friday 22nd October. There will be no walking session on Friday 1st of October. Each week we will focus on different principles of mindfulness, helping to develop a closer connection to the body and mind.
This mindful walking course is suitable for all ages and abilities. The course is helpful for anyone starting a mindfulness practice or for deepening your awareness of the present in a developed practice.
Tickets for the course will be £25.00 for the 5 weeks.
We will be out each week, despite weather conditions, so please ensure you have suitable shoes/boots and weather proof clothes if needed.
