6-Week Meditation Course

This 6-week course will help you understand the principles of meditation and each week we will have different styles of meditation to help you find the right fit for you. 

Each week we will focus a theme and topic with different meditation styles and after each session you will have recordings of the meditations to practice with until our next session.

This course will be held online from Wednesday 23rd June to 28th July and at the Nesting Place from Thursday 24th June to 29th July.
