Mindfulness, Relaxation and Meditation Zoom classes. This is a great way to continue your practice and stay connected to the Bliss community.
Each class we’ll work with the breath, have guided meditations, work on tools to use during your practice and use mindful movements. You can do as much or as little as you like during the classes, I know sometimes, just to be in silence is powerful enough.
All three classes will be an hour long and be a total of £10 for all three classes, giving you the opportunity to try a different class that you may not have already experienced. Once payment has been made, you’ll be sent an email with links to the classes and a reminder email on the day of the class.
Classes will be held on the following dates:
Mindfulness: Tuesday 15th September @ 8.00pm
Meditation: Tuesday 22nd September @ 8.00pm
Relaxation: Tuesday 29th September @ 8.00pm
There is no previous experience needed and no matter how long it is since you last practiced, for every session we turn up as a beginner to learn something new.
