Virtual Mindfulness, Meditation and Relaxation Zoom Classes October

This is a great way to continue your practice and stay connected to the Bliss community.

We’ll work with the breath, have guided meditations, work on tools to use during your practice and use mindful movements. You can do as much or as little as you like during the classes, I know sometimes, just to be in silence is powerful enough.

Each class will be an hour long, cost £27.50 for all 3 and will be held on the following dates:

Mindfulness Tuesday 5th October @ 8.00pm

Meditation Tuesday 12th October @ 8.00pm

Relaxation Tuesday 19th October @ 8.00pm

There is no previous experience needed and no matter how long it is since you last practiced, for every session we turn up as a beginner to learn something new.
