Rest and Renew Virtual Relaxation Evening

With this current uncertain situation we are all facing at the moment, there is a lot of stress and anxiety. This is why it’s very important to find ways to reduce this stress from the body and the mind. 

On Friday 7th August at 7:30pm Claire and I are back for an hour and a half of gentle Pilates and relaxation techniques with meditation. 

This evening will be a lovely way to finish the week and spend some much needed time for yourself from the comfort of your own home. We will be using Zoom for the session and will be recording the event, for you to enjoy using again at a later date. 

The evening will be starting with Claire who will guide you through some wonderful gentle stretching moves and help you release any tension you might have stored in the body. 

Claire’s session will be suitable for anyone, whether you are experienced in Pilates or a beginner. Claire will be asking to bring some equipment to the evening to help support the body when moving the body into different positions.

After your body has been worked with and tension subsided, I will then guide us all through a wonderful relaxing breathing exercise with a body scan to deepen into relaxation. I will end the session by leading us through a guided meditation and by the end you will be so relaxed you will feel like you are floating.

The evening will cost £20 per ticket.

Once you have bought a ticket, you will be sent the link for the evening’s event. After the event you will receive a copy of the guided meditation and the video of the evening to play when you require.
