Do you struggle with diets? Been on a yo-yo weight journey and keep feeling deflated? Have you thought about trying Mindful eating?

Becoming aware of your eaten habits and patterns can have a significant impact on how you eat in the future.

Studies have shown that people who Mindfully eat, lose weight. But it’s more than just losing weight, it’s about starting a new relationship with food.

In this 3-week workshop, we will look at the basics of Mindful eating, emotional eating and setting intentions for a more healthy way of eating.

The workshops will be held in The Nesting Place, Chelmsford and will cost £40 for the 3 weeks. Within the workshop, you will receive a journal and handouts to support you in your new meditation practice at home.
