This popular workshop is back this September for 3 weeks at The Nesting Place. If you have ever wondered how to meditate or want to get started then this is the workshop for you.

Throughout the 3 weeks we will be covering:

  • Where meditation comes from and why people have meditated for thousands of years
  • The benefits of meditation and how you can improve your life using some simple techniques
  • Getting started and how to develop a meditation practice.
  • Different meditation styles to suit your needs
  • The challenges we face when meditating and how to overcome these.

This unique 3-week workshop will be a nurturing space to really develop a lifelong practice to carry your meditation practice through.

We deliver very small steps to help you maintain this practice and I use my experience to help you overcome any obstacles you face.

The 3-week meditation workshop will cost £40 for the 3 weeks but also included in this is a Bliss Mindfulness journal, meditation bracelet, relaxation essential oil and handouts each week.
