This 8 week course will only be happening twice in 2020 and is not to be missed. Over the course we will be covering the Bliss Mindfulness 8 principles to Mindfulness. Each week, we’ll cover a different principle, explore in detail and investigate the challenges that we face for each.

I believe Mindfulness is a way of life rather than a hobby. This is why after each session, you’l be expected to complete some practice at home, this commitment will help you discover the true magic of being mindful. Mindfulness has been proven to support both physical and mental health, and the benefit of an 8 week course is that you’ll feel the effects and positiveness for the longer term.

Many people want to lead a life that is peaceful, happy and content. I believe you will find this through a mindful practice. There are only 6 places available for this course. Each class will be covering a discussion, with movement, meditation and a chance to relax into the moment and unwind from the day.

You’ll be provided with all equipment,  notebook to help you record all the information, a presence bracelet and recorded meditations to help you remain in the moment. Over the 8 weeks, we will be covering:
