Bliss Mindfulness will again be running 6-week courses for Mindfulness, Meditation and Relaxation, both online and in person at the Nesting Place.

These 6-week courses will allow you to embed fundamental practices into your daily and weekly routines. You’ll be guided at each stage, with tools and methods to deepen your knowledge of Mindfulness, Meditation and Relaxation.

In the Mindfulness course, Bliss Mindfulness will help you come back to the moment, live life in the now and support you in your Mindfulness journey. During the Meditation Course, we’ll understand the principles of meditation, using different styles, focusing on weekly themes. In our Relaxation course, you will understand the impacts of stress, to give yourself permission to relax and have some tools to allow you to rest and make it a priority in the day.

Covid-19 Secure Venue
