Relaxation Classes

An atmosphere more like a sanctuary for you to release all the pressures of everyday life to really relax and be in the moment.

The hour class is where we spend some time focussing on our bodies by breathing, releasing tension and spending time cocooned in cushions and blankets whilst being taken through a visualisation to escape and rest.

Mindfulness Classes

Mindfulness Classes

These classes are held monthly at the Nesting Place.

The hour long class involves a topic of Mindfulness in Everyday and giving you some helpful hints and tips to carry this through the month.

In each class, we focus on our Mindfulness anchor ‘breathing’, coming into full awareness, mat work with mindful movement and lying down with guided meditation.

Each class has an aim of bringing you into a state of Bliss, to allow you to step into the present moment and back to yourself.

Virtual Zoom Classes July

Bliss Mindfulness are continuing to run virtual Mindfulness, Relaxation and Meditation classes.

Over zoom I’ll come direct to your screen and help create that much needed moment of Bliss.
