Mindfulness Classes
These classes are held monthly at the Nesting Place.

In each class, we focus on our Mindfulness anchor ‘breathing’, coming into full awareness, mat work with mindful movement and lying down with guided meditation.
Each class has an aim of bringing you into a state of Bliss, to allow you to step into the present moment and back to yourself.

Virtual Zoom Classes
Bliss Mindfulness are continuing to run virtual Mindfulness, Relaxation and Meditation classes. From January, you’ll now have the option to book these classes individually at £10 each or all three for £27.50.
Over zoom I’ll come direct to your screen and help create that much needed moment of Bliss.
