This month I have a number of new classes running and I wanted to let you know what they are all about.

Mindfulness classes at Springfield Parish Centre

An hour to get more insight into Mindfulness, how to capture the moment and be fully present. We work on mindful movement, breathing exercises and do a guided meditation. This is a chance to calm your busy mind.

Relaxation classes at The Nesting Place

The relaxation classes are held at The Nesting Place in Chelmsford.This special venue creates the perfect retreat from any stress from the day. The atmosphere helps the body and mind relax, with space to cacoon into blankets and cushions, this really is a wonderful atmosphere.

*New* Blissed Out Class

These classes are for teenagers that are going through exams and are suffering from stress or anxiety. These classes will be a quiet sanctuary for them to receive some useful and transferable hints and tips and have a chance to discuss how they are feeling. We’ll complete some breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and guided meditations for them to create a space for themselves.
