Mindfulness is a popular word at the moment and is talked about helping in aspects of mental health, supporting depression and anxiety and helping to reduce stress and its physical symptoms.
But what is Mindfulness?
It’s observing your life as its happening, whilst accepting the situation as it is, without judgement.
Allowing feelings to arise without letting them control you. Witnessing your thoughts and being able to let them go, rather than letting them run into a thinking frenzy.
Opening yourself up to who you are and focusing on how you feel from the heart, away from comparisons and old habits.
Mindfulness is more than a practice, it’s a way of life. It is something that I am very passionate about and want to help you discover your best self and to be able to live a life of calm and happiness.
I’ve been practicing Mindfulness for over 5 years now and completed a Mindfulness diploma in 2015, to help not only deepen my knowledge but pass on this way of being, to support anyone going through anxiety, depression or stress, just like I have.
I have experienced all these elements in my life and can resonate, use my own background to guide you in a new wonderful life, that is waiting for you on the other side.
Whether it’s a relaxation or Mindfulness class, you can start small and bring some Mindfulness into your life. If you are looking for a more personal touch, why not come to see me for some one to one sessions where I will give you all the tools you need to start living your life more mindfully.
